When hiring an RTM, you have the choice of hiring as a freelancer or as an employee. To hire as an employee, sign-up for the Employer of Record Upgrade and the additional monthly cost to the EOR (a third party) will be 12% of the monthly wages with a $100/mo minimum.
Note: this is not a stand alone product; it is an addition as an upgrade to RTM Direct Placements.

When hiring an RTM, you have the choice of hiring as a freelancer or as an employee. To hire as an employee, sign-up for the Employer of Record Upgrade, and the additional monthly cost to the EOR will be 12% of the monthly wages with a $100/mo minimum.

The way it works is that you would create a master service agreement with a firm in the country of origin for that RTM. And then, going forward, instead of paying the RTM directly, you will be paying the EOR Company.

You will pay monthly in advance via direct Bank transfer to the EOR company. The EOR company will then pay the employees in the local currency. They will legally become full-time employees of the EOR company, so they will issue their payslips and employment agreement.
