RTM Direct
The service is non-refundable but we do offer a 90-day guarantee in case the placement does not work out for whatever reason.
Depending on the time of year and the complexity of the job description, it may take between 2-6 weeks. This is of course only an estimate, as the service we provide is a very customized candidate search. A priority add-on is available for purchase in case the placement is time-sensitive.
We will obtain information about the position and your company culture for a customized search. We will pre-screen the applications received as a result of our posting or head-hunting efforts. Any qualified candidates will go through a further screening process to assess their skills, and personality fit, to vet their qualifications and we will do a pre-interview with them. We will then present you with at least one candidate we believe to be a great match for your company and from there you will need to interview them within 2 days and decide whether we need to keep searching.
Should several candidates be declined, we will meet again to make sure we are on the same page with what we are recruiting for, and then will resume the search until a suitable candidate is found. From there you will need to send them an offer letter and start onboarding them. They will start with 4 days of training (included in the placement), which are paid working days.

We are getting about 3000 applications per month and less than 1% of them make it through a vetting process. We are going through 50 -100 applicants for everyone that we recommend.

After you sign up for EverBetter RTM, we will enroll your remote team members in a comprehensive continuous learning program consisting of workshops, one-on-one sessions, regular check-ins, and friendly discussions and Q&A sessions. You will receive regular updates about the progress of your remote team members.
EverBetter RTM is a monthly subscription with the price of $47/ remote team member. Once acquired, it will be automatically charged from your account every month.
