RTM Direct

When am I entitled to a refund?

The service is non-refundable but we do offer a 90-day guarantee in case the placement does not work out for whatever reason.

How long does it take to find suitable candidates that I can interview?

Depending on the time of year and the complexity of the job description, it may take between 2-6 weeks. This is of course only an estimate, as the service we provide is a very customized candidate search. A priority add-on is available for purchase in case the placement is time-sensitive.

What is the hiring process after I sign up?

We will obtain information about the position and your company culture for a customized search. We will pre-screen the applications received as a result of our posting or head-hunting efforts. Any qualified candidates will go through a further screening process to assess their skills, and personality fit, to vet their qualifications and we will do a pre-interview with them. We will then present you with at least one candidate we believe to be a great match for your company and from there you will need to interview them within 2 days and decide whether we need to keep searching. 

Should several candidates be declined, we will meet again to make sure we are on the same page with what we are recruiting for, and then will resume the search until a suitable candidate is found. From there you will need to send them an offer letter and start onboarding them. They will start with 4 days of training (included in the placement), which are paid working days.

Are you a staffing agency?

No, we do direct hire placements which is part of our recipe to get you the absolute best the world has to offer and no middleman to pay in perpetuity.

We do a true global search, we have hired from over 30+ countries.

 

How do you screen your RTM?

We are getting about 3000 applications per month and less than 1% of them make it through a vetting process. We are going through 50 -100 applicants for everyone that we recommend.

How does this process work?

The process is straightforward, you sign up and then we will ask you to fill out two forms. One is to know your company a little better and the other is a Job Description. After that, we will have an onboarding call and then start the search!

What happens if the RTM does not work out?

We are so confident in our process that we guarantee it in the first 90 days. If your remote team member doesn’t work out for any reason, then we place another candidate completely free!

How do you track their hours and productivity?

How does EverBetter RTM work?

EverBetter RTM is designed as a monthly subscription, which you can edit as needed. After you sign up for EverBetter RTM, we will enroll your remote team members in a comprehensive continuous learning program consisting of workshops, one-on-one sessions, regular check-ins, and friendly discussions and Q&A sessions. You will receive regular updates about the progress of your remote team members.

How much does EverBetter RTM cost?

EverBetter RTM is a monthly subscription with the price of $47/ remote team member. Once acquired, it will be automatically charged from your account every month.

Can I edit my subscription?

We understand that remote teams can fluctuate through time. You can edit your subscription as needed, in order to accommodate the current realities of your team. Just let us know!

My RTM was not hired through BetterWho. Can they still enroll in EverBetter RTM?

Once I pay for the course, can I enroll as many team members as I want?

The charge is per team member, so you will need to please purchase the course individually for each remote team member you wish to enroll. They each take the course at their own pace so it’s important for them to have access individually.
