Through the implementation of systems, funnels and processes, he provides tools, training, & one-on-one coaching for you to dominate your market and convert cold leads to closed sales. Jay works with some of the best Real Estate Agents and Property Managers in the industry to bring RESULTS.

General Manager
Alexandra Groza is the General Manager of BetterWho. Her extensive experience in property management and customer service help her successfully navigate the various consulting needs of our clients. She is excited about labor market changes and trends and how these affect our lives in a direct and unavoidable manner. Alexandra loves all animals except for pigeons, and enjoys solving puzzles (which makes working on automations fun for her!). Her favorite leisure activity is traveling the world with her husband.  

Michelle Ortega

Consulting Manager

Michelle kicked off her career in the marketing and design area but later had the opportunity to work with clients and she quickly realized that she enjoyed that so much. She is currently the RTM Direct Manager and Consulting Manager. Michelle loves establishing and strengthening relationships with clients to serve their needs best. In her free time, she loves going mountain biking, painting, and walking her dog.

With a passion for optimizing processes, she thrives on building exceptional teams that drive success. As a certified Project Manager with a Marketing and Graphic Design background, she blends creativity with organization to attract top talent and enhance employer branding. Hailing from El Salvador, she values diversity and work-life balance, cherishing her role as a parent to three amazing kids.

Elisa is a Talent Acquisition Specialist with great experience in leading and managing projects for various programs. She is currently handling the search for the best candidates for our clients in the Property Management industry. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Management of Human Talent. She loves traveling and getting to know different cultures around the world. She appreciates natural paradises and loves the sea. She also enjoys CrossFit and even on those bad days she strives to meet her daily goal.
