  • 30-Minute Structured Interview: A trained RTM recruiter interviews the candidate — covering experience, English, reliability, and remote work readiness.
  • Reference Check: One check with the candidate’s most recent direct supervisor to verify performance and work style.
  • Screening Report: You receive a clean one-page scorecard: key strengths, concerns, and a clear Hire / No-Hire recommendation.
