The BetterYou RTM Performance Plan gives an RTM you hired independently access to the same core coaching and development experience provided to BetterWho-placed RTMs. It is designed to help them integrate more effectively, build stronger professional habits, and continue developing throughout their first year.

Because “here’s your login—good luck” is not an onboarding plan.

Your RTM receives:

• Structured onboarding support
• Access to BetterYou coaching and development resources
• Monthly live RTM group coaching calls
• Practical guidance focused on communication, ownership, reliability, and professional growth
• Access to the applicable RTM learning community and resources
• Participation and engagement tracking
• Ongoing support to help them stay engaged and continue improving

The result is a more supported RTM who understands what strong performance looks like, takes greater ownership of their development, and becomes a more integrated member of your team. You gain added structure and visibility without having to build the entire development program yourself.

Pricing and terms:

• $250 one-time enrollment fee
• $150 per month, per RTM
• 12-month minimum commitment
