Performance is for teams that want placement plus ongoing protection and development. You get the RTM match, plus monthly training and structured support that helps the RTM improve, stay longer, and reduce the owner’s oversight burden.

- Unlimited placements, with an upfront placement fee per hire

How it Works:

- Sign Up: Subscribe to the RTM Direct Performance by making the purchase on our website to get started.
- Monthly billing: Billing begins only after the RTM is placed and starts with your company.
- Tiered Placements: Enjoy unlimited placements from the moment you sign up. For each placement, pay a one-time upfront fee, depending on the tier needed (Tier 1 – $1,000 / Tier 2 – $1,500 / Tier 3 – $2,000).
- Cancellation: Should you need to cancel your membership, provide us with a 30-day notice before the end of the 12 month period (or the end of any month after that initial term). The monthly charges also stop in case the RTM no longer works with your organization.
