How it Works:

1. 1. Sign Up: Simply subscribe to the RTM Direct Membership by making the purchase on our website to get started.
   2. Automatic Renewal: Your membership will automatically renew on a year-to-year basis.
   3. Tiered Placements: Enjoy up to 5  Tier 1 placements/year from the moment you sign up. If you need more specialized positions, you have the option to upgrade any of these 5 placements to Tier 2 or Tier 3, for an additional fee ($1,000 upgrade fee for Tier 2, $2,000 upgrade fee for Tier 3).
   4. Cancellation: Should you need to cancel your membership, provide us with a 30-day notice before the renewal date, to avoid any charges.

*The 1 year guarantee applies for as long as you remain a member. The guarantee for any given placements, in case you are no longer a member, ends with the agreement, regardless of time elapsed. Otherwise, if the membership continues, the guarantee on each placement is for 1 full year from employment date.

• Can I cancel my membership at any time?
  While our membership is based on a 12-month agreement, you can cancel your subscription by providing a 30-day notice before the renewal period.
• What happens if I want to upgrade my tier placement?
  If you a Tier 2 or Tier 3 placement, simply fill in a new Job Description form for the position you need, and we will charge your saved payment option for the upgrade fee automatically. If you are unsure which Tier you need – we are happy to meet with you and help you decide.
• Are there any hidden fees?
  No, we believe in transparency. Your membership fee covers all the benefits outlined in the agreement. However, additional fees may apply if you choose to upgrade your tier placement.
• What if I have further questions or concerns?
