How We Work as a Team

The practices we help clients establish also guide our own work. We clarify responsibilities, share the information colleagues need, and make sure recurring work can continue when someone is away.

  • Clarity

    Clear Responsibilities

We establish the intended result, the relevant facts, and who is responsible before work begins. When a decision needs more context or authority, we bring in the person who can help resolve it.

  • Coordination

    Coordinated Commitments

We agree on priorities and make handoffs explicit, so colleagues know what they need to deliver and what others depend on. When priorities change, we make the effect on existing commitments clear.

  • Coverage

    Knowledge the Team Can Use

We document recurring work and keep useful information accessible. Clear responsibilities and shared knowledge help colleagues provide coverage, solve problems together, and continue the work without relying on one person’s memory.
