BetterYou is for an RTM you hired yourself, a candidate you assessed through Candidate Screen, or an existing team member you want to enroll. It gives them structured coaching and development while you continue to manage their work. The program does not include recruiting or placement.

Your team member joins the monthly group coaching and continues with the resources while enrolled.
